During the summer months in the Seattle area, there are an abundance of outdoor festivals that people converge on and thoroughly enjoy!  These festivals allow Seattleites to shed the cold, rainy winter blues, some of their inhibitions and simply enjoy the warm weather, festival food, music, arts and crafts, as well as the always unique and interesting people watching.
